Always impressed with how flexible they are- I recently had an incident where I had an unexpected family obligation and they able to take care of my dog on a last minute notice- so appreciative of them.

I am so happy with Chasing time- They spent extra time by stopping by twice for a meet and greet with my dog-(Annie) to get her more accustom to them. They are always on time, and send me a quick picture/ update on how Annie did during her walk- which puts me at ease.
